Aroche Grand Hotels (T) Ltd is a limited company by shares with two directors both Tanzanian nationals, has been in operation since May 2007 in the hospitality industry with main core business of offering quality accommodation and catering and other services that include bureau de change and internet to both residents and foreign clientele.
Aroche Grand Hotels (T) Ltd has a parent company Aroche Systecs & Trade Co. Ltd which deals with security technology and equipments.
Aroche Grand Hotels (T) Ltd has 32 local and foreign employees working in 6 departments as follows;
  1. Food and Beverage department which deals with service of food and drinks to clients.
  2. Food Production department which prepares, cook and dispense both local and international cuisines.
  3. Housekeeping and Laundry department which is responsible of linen, rooms and public areas cleaning.
  4. Front Office Department this is the harbor of the hotel information and is responsible for customer relations, reservations, checking-in, checking-out of clients and collection of revenue.
  5. Purchasing and Stores Department which mainly deals with ordering, purchasing, storage, issuing and controlling hotel stocks.
  6. Administration Department which mainly deals management, administration, processing and storage of hotel data.
